American Beauty

Pretty proud of myself. Before I went to lunch I calculated out the calories of my food and then cut it down to 352 (cause I wasn't gonna eat it all). But I managed to control myself and ended up at 222 calories worth of chicken, rice, strawberries, watermelon, and milk. I thought I'd be hungry, but I'm actually a bit too full. Not that I'm complaining. :)



This was kind of my mantra. Yes, the strawberries are good, but the juice is full of sugary crap and it's soooo bad for you. This isn't hard. Just put the spoon down. :) And it wasn't.
