This morning's weigh-in wasn't bad, but it wasn't as much as I'd hoped for. Apparently changing up the number of calories you take in each day speeds up your metabolism, so today I'm going to eat quote unquote normally and not worry about making budget.
Ok, reading that is a bit terrifying. Have you ever noticed how much normal people eat? 2000 calories is a lot. And they're so loud, it's just. Ugh. Most days I'm ok, but some days I get so uptight about food that I can't even be in the same room when someone's eating. Especially Mom and C2, dear lord they're noisy. Bleh. Ew. Lol.
Anyway, I'm at 482 calories so far from an apple, milk, potatoes, bread, and butter. And half a container of sherbet, the little ones, so about 1/4 cup. L and M wanted my food. Giving it away made them happy, and hey, I'm not going to complain about losing 250 cals from my meals. :P
Hmm, what's new that isn't food related... Well, my family's having a garage sale this weekend so I'm working that a bit. I love working with people. I want to become a waitress or park worker, something that involves people pleasing. :D
I think I slept on my wrist funny the other day or something, cause it hurts. It kinda feels like I just need to pop it out but that isn't helping at all. If it doesn't get better by next week I'll have to get it checked out.
Claudelle Mémoire: Oh, no. I don't stay under 500 a day, lord no! Lol. I wish I had that kind of willpower. :P Sorry, I wasn't very clear, but I just meant that I was still 500 food calories below my budget (which is 1000). I usually end up eating 1000-1200 calories a day. But 500 would be nice. :)
"Johnny Tarr" by Gaelic Storm
I've got this song stuck in my head. "But it's not what yer thinkin' It wasn't the drinkin' This man died a turst Johnny Tarr" :D
Thin is an interesting documentary. I've watched it a couple of month ago, too. If you liked it I'd recommend 'Supersize vs Superskinny' a British TV production. Some episodes are on Youtube. ♥
ReplyDeleteHopefully you'll come up smiling the next 48h.
Yeah, I'll have to start that sometime soon. It looks interesting.
DeleteThank you. :)
