What The Water Gave Me

The English language is weird. H is not a silent letter, but we say "erb" instead of "herb". Words beginning with a vowel are matched with "an" instead of "a", but in math equations are almost always "an". "An r by m matrix. An n by r matrix." Weird shit, I tell you.

Anyways...

It's kind of been a blah morning. Not bad, but I feel like my brain has run dry. No creativity. No inspiration. Just blah.

Group yesterday went well. Most of it was spent arguing discussing judgements with the therapist. Apparently it's okay to judge people to be good people that make bad decisions but not to judge people to be bad people, despite the fact that we're supposed to be learning to, you know, not judge others. We had some hypothetical discussions about blame between victims and attackers, with a highlight on the concept that rape/assault/whatever is never the victim's fault. I drove up to town, throug it, and then back home, which was nice. (I didn't kill anyone!) We ran into C3's Gramma, which was kinda awkward cause she was being a chummy and chatty but I had no idea who she was. Lol. I wish I had recognized her, cause then I could've told her that her dumbass son isn't paying his child support said hi. :)

Weight is down again, 1.2 pounds from yesterday. :D I hate being fat, but it is awesome that the bigger someone is the more weight they lose a day when restricting properly. If that makes sense. Apparently someone my age and weight is supposed to drink 80 ounces of water a day. 80 ounces. That's a lot! Most school days I have less than 32, and none on the weekends. So today I stated doing that; I'm at 48 oz so far and it's just. Ugh. I like water, but this is ridiculous. And nothing healthy is available at school to replace it with either. *whine moan mumble grumble whine* Sorry guys.

I'm thinking about going pescetarian. Not entirely willingly though. Over the last few months I've been eating less meat, both because I feel sick when I do and because I just have no interest in doing so. It's kinda freaky, cause I come from a family that considers bacon-wrapped-steak and potatoes with a side of bacon an acceptable meal. We're carnivores. But just thinking about eating meat is making me nauseous. This is dumb. But hey, at least it'll cut out calories!

Sigh.

I can still eat fish though. We had salmon last night, which seemed fine.
