Ate lunch yesterday. I was so pissed. A hot dog, 3/4 of the bun, a few peach slices, 60 ml of fat free chocolate milk, and 4 cherry tomatoes. For supper I had about a cup of steamed broccoli with cheese sauce, and then a baby orange and fruit snacks after rehearsal. Arg. If I'd been more careful I'd be under 201, but this morning I was 201.2. Bleh.
