I'm at 213 net calories today. I wanted to try fasting today, but when I skipped lunch yesterday it made me mini-binge when I got home with supper and Nutella. Nutella. Gods I'm such an idiot. Also, M and I were discussing my research paper (eating disorders) just before lunch, and dude's too perceptive sometimes. I just want to keep him off my back.
So for lunch I had 50 ml chocolate milk (25 cal), ketchup (15 cal), a cherry tomato (3 cal), most of my hamburger (118 cal) and a bit of the bun (30 cal), and my school's health food French fries (85 cal). Not too bad, I guess.
