No real food today (just 2 26 cal suckers) today. And I'm so thrilled. I feel like my chest is eating itself. (When I'm hungry I feel it in my chest, not my stomach. Apparently that's not normal, but whatever.) it's a good feeling, but I can already tell I'm going to cave. I won't eat during rehearsal, so if ai can just hold off until 530 or so and pack something to bring with, I can throw it and effectively fast all day.
