Warning: childish rant ahead.
C3's birthday party went surprisingly well. We had fettucini Alfredo with chicken or shrimp. Th meat was sautéed in butter and garlic. Freaking delicious but painfully unhealthy. We also had pickles, bread, and cake. I don't feel like I did too bad but realistically I failed terribly. Roughly 2 cups of pasta, at least 1/2 cup Alfredo sauce, around a dozen shrimp, and a pickle spear, plus a small but frosting smothered piece of chocolate cake. C2 and I thought that the party was over supper so we ate lunch before we went home; I had a 6 inch cold cut combo with veggies and cookies. God I feel fat. After lunch I hid upstairs and didn't come back down until 8 when I had a baby orange. All in all it was probably a 1500+ calorie day. Oh, and I also had koolaid and coffee with creamer.
I guess on second thought it wasn't such a great day. Stepmom's parents showed up two hours early like usual, so Dad had a pretty good twitch going over his eye by the time we got home. They were all the last to leave, of course. I know they're family and everything, but I really get sick of them. I'd be perfectly happy to see them only once a year, to be honest. It was just family at the party, but we had 16 people in our small house for 5 hours and it just got to be too much. Bleh. I hate crowds.
I weighed in at 202 this morning, in pajamas, so I'm probably around 201.6. Not great, but better than I was expecting; I had these horrible visions of myself stripping down, stepping onto the scale, and seeing 208 again. Ugh. Hopefully the calories will give my metabolism a kick.
The winter dance, Snoball, is next Friday. I'd like to get down to about 195, 196 by then. I'll be a good 10 lbs heavier than the last dance I went to in a dress, but my friend is DJing so I kinda have to go. My plan: as many sit-ups as I can stand each night before bed, skip as many meals as possible, fidget constantly, drink obscene amounts of water, never sit down, find my corset top, and pray.
I can do this.
Also, I think I can get through the entire day without eating. No breakfast, skipping lunch, and rehearsal tonight so no supper.
In celebration, have some thinspo and braid porn. I've got such a kink for braids. Lol.
